Quick answers to try first
Many questions are already answered on the site, and these pages are faster than waiting for a reply:

What to include in a bug report
A few details let us reproduce the problem on the first try, which is the quickest way to a fix:
- The tool you used, for example Merge PDF or PDF to Word.
- Your device and browser, such as Chrome on Windows 11 or Safari on iPhone.
- The file types, their rough sizes and how many files you added.
- What you expected, what happened instead, and any error message, word for word.
Please don't email confidential documents. A sample file with nothing private in it that shows the same problem is just as useful, or simply describe the file: its type, size, page count and the app that created it.
What happens to your message
Your email goes to the Mergevanta team's inbox and your address is used only to reply to you. It is never added to a mailing list.
Mergevanta will never ask for a password, a payment or a copy of your ID by email. If you receive a message like that claiming to be from us, it isn't.
